职位描述

This position is responsible for supervision of production supervisor, and production scheduler, in factory. The person is responsible for maintaining and reinforcing safety standards and procedures in the factory, following production schedules, maintaining required quality levels of the produced product ,controlling production cost and meeting productivity targets.

Reporting to site leader. Responsible for continue improvement in operation and support site leader to build up site development stratagem. He will anticipate in operation situations and drive actions to eliminate barriers related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost and Continuous Improvement.
向工厂总经理报告,负责运营系统的持续改进, 并支持总经理制定公司的战略计划. 运营经理对公司运营的情况有预见性,并能排除在安全、质量、交货率、生产力、成本及改进等方面的困难
Ensure the site to meet Company’s regulations, import and export control policy and local government regulations, such as Custom regulation, Human Resource regulations etc.
保证公司符合公司的法规及进出口政策, 以及当地政府的法律法规, 如海关政策, 人力资源政策等.
Responsible for the daily management of shop operations and ensuring that the customers need are met in term of delivery and quality. Internally he/she is ensure that operations is run in a very cost competitive manner. The key to this position is ability to hire the right people, facilitate training and manage increase of production while maintaining required quality, safety levels and productivity.
负责车间运转的日常管理,以确保在产品质量和按时交付方面让客户满意。对内,他/她要确保车间运转的成本具有相当的竞争力。这个职位的关键是具有在稳定质量、安全和生产效率水平的前提下,选用恰当的人才,有效实施培训、管理以促进生产效率的能力。





LEADERSHIP
· Drive operational excellence across all operation 推进卓越生产并贯穿于整个运营系统
· Meet or exceed AOP commitments for key operation metrics 在主要绩效方面要完成或超过AOP年度计划
· Coordinate execution of production plan across shifts 协调并确保每班的生产计划实施
· Establish, maintain and improve metrics in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost and Continuous Improvement 建立、维护及改善绩效指标,包括安全、质量、交货率、成本和改善等方面
· Initiative HOS, Quality and HSE plan and participant audit for leadership standard work. 提出HOS, 质量和HSE计划并参与领导标准化工作的审核
· Monitor and evaluate Cell Leader goals; driving for standardized effective solutions to existing problems 监督及评估主管的绩效目标,推动标准化工作,有效的解决现场问题
· Maintain a strong presence in the manufacturing areas 维持生产区域的出勤率
· Working with HR review R&R policy, Reward and recognize individual and team performance. 与HR一同审查R&R政策, 对表现出色的个人及团队进行表彰及奖励
· Provide effective leadership, guidance, coaching, communication, learning and development for the Leaders 对主管提供有效的领导、导向、指导、沟通、学习及发展
· Initiative and Implements discipline processes to ensure compliance to code of conduct and desired work behaviors 建立及贯彻纪律流程,确保员工符合行为准则及期望的工作行为规范
· To manager manufacturing in a cost efficient and effective manner through
lean acceleration.

· Hires supervisors and production personnel to achieve expanding production

COMMUNICATION
· Lead regular operation meetings and Tier 3 meeting 领导常规会议及每天的第三层会议召开
· Attend Tier 4 meeting 参加每天第四层会议
· Audit Cell meetings(Tier 1&2 meeting) to ensure effective communication flow 检查单元会议(第一/二层会议),确保信息的有效传递
· Align and delegate goals to production Leaders, consistent with scope and capacity of processes and people 为生产总管,设定目标使之同部门目标一致(包括能力、人员)

COACHING / MENTORING
· Create a work environment conductive to employee moral, motivation, growth and teamwork to accomplish performance objectives营造一种良好的工作环境以促进员工士气,工作动力,自身成长及团队合作,以达到绩效目标
· Use effective coaching techniques to develop a culture of employee engagement 使用有效的指导方法、方式开创全员参与的文化氛围

· Assign responsibility to 5S activity. 指定5S活动的职责
