职位描述：
工艺工程师岗位职责：
1）Take charge of lab trial for new products and other products
负责新产品和其他产品的小试
2) Take charge of the compilation and update of the SOP for the new products and arrange training to the relevant employees ensure that all technical process and quality requirements are followed. After commissioning, compilation trial-production report and process analysis report.
负责新产品SOP的编制和更新，并对相关人员进行培训，确保员工遵循技术工艺和质量规定。试车完成后，编写新产品的试产报告与工艺分析报告。
3) Optimize the process and solve the problems for technology.
优化工艺流程，解决工艺技术问题
4) PSM (Process Safety Management): work with the Operation manager and HSE manager to do HAZOP and train the relevant employees. Follow up the action plans for Hazop Review and ensure all the action plans carried out effectively. Take charge of MOC (Management of Change) and Interlock Matrix update (DCS interlock and Safety interlocking).
PSM：参与工艺安全分析，并对相关人员进行培训，确保工厂工艺安全。跟进Hazop行动计划，确保实施。负责MOC和连锁矩阵更新。
6) Involved in the modification projects in the plant. Assist to project design construction check project commission and project startup. Ensure the modifications to accord with the process and operation requirement.
参与工厂技术改造项目，协调工程验收、试运行及正式开工生产工作，确保技术改造符合工艺要求和操作要求，改造项目顺利投入使用
Requirements:
要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above majored in process engineering/technology discipline; Chemical Engineering or Chemistry. More than 5 years experiment for process technology, process engineering experience in petroleum or chemical enterprises is preferred.
本科及以上学历，工艺工程/技术专业，化学工程或化学专业。5年以上工艺技术工作经验，有石油、化工企业工艺工作经验者优先
2. Familiar with Office software and AutoCAD
熟练操作OFFICE软件和AutoCAD
3. Fundamental understanding for material balance calculation, equipment selection and drawing PFD (Process Flow Diagram)
对化工行业物料衡算、设备选型、绘制工艺流程图有基础了解
4. Good people skill & strong teamwork spirit
良好的人际交往能力和团队精神
5. Good standard of written & spoken English
