职位描述：

Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transportation costs and efficiency;
Resolve any arising problems or complaints;
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce;
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets;
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements;
Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements;
Study and develop solutions for special packaging, industrial packaging, reusable packaging and solutions for sea, land, and air freight, as well as flight cases;
Follow the production process in order to comply with the company standards;
Control the waste and cut remaining;
Manage staff and coordinate all packing activities on field;
Organize activities of team leaders.
