岗位职责：

1. 负责集团人事报表、组织架构等数据的更新

2. 负责每月的薪资计算与核对

3. 协助完成社保和公积金的变更和缴纳工作。

4. 负责办理外籍人事的工作证和居留许可事宜。

5. 负责整理归档行政类合同。

6. 协助完成员工培训工作。

7. 负责组织管理员工体检等福利。

8. 负责企业关系、制作宣传资料。

9. 负责行政人事部的翻译工作。

10. 完成行政人事经理交代的其他工作。

职位要求：

1. 本科学历以上，行政、人力资源、会计、统计、英语专业的优先考虑

2. 一年以上工作经验，有外资企业经验优先

3. 大学英语四级以上

4. 学习和领悟能力强，勤奋好学

5. 熟练使用word\excel\ppt

Responsibility:

1.Consolidation of group reports-headcount reports,updating organizational chart and all reports as required by Singapore HQ.

2.Assist in payroll caculation and check

3.Assist in social security & housing fund administration (addition/change/deletion).

4.Handle work permit and residence permit matters for foreign employees.

5.Contracts administration, ensure HR/Admin contracts are properly indexed and filed.

6.Handle Training & Development administration and coordination (sourcing of courses, registration, payment etc).

7.Organize staff benefits events such as health screening etc.

8.To undertake additional duties and responsibilities as and when required.

9.Translation work

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree & above;
2. CET 6 or above, proficient in both written and spoken English;
3. At least 1 years & above related working experience, candidates with foreign company experience will be preferred.
4. Proficient in MS Office;
5. Articulate, intelligent;
6. Good communication skills and good skill in word\excel\ppt;
7. Careful, earnest, responsible, warm.

胜科在张家港拥有35,000立方米/天的处理设施，其中包括中国首家可直接处理来自于客户的高浓度污水而无需客户预处理的污水处理设施。被新加坡和中国政府选定为水务管理的示范项目。

Sembcorp's 35,000 cubic metres per day Zhangjiagang facilities include China's first wastewater treatment plant capable of treating highly concentrated industrial wastewater directly from source without the need for pre-treatment by customers. This was selected as a G-to-G project for bilateral cooperation in water management.
