Job Responsibilities:

1. Acts as central point of communication on multiple projects internally and externally as necessary. Develops overall project timeline, maintains regular status reports and meeting/conference reports, and distributes to team.
2. Gain the confidence of clients, DP account managers and internal studio teams through consistent attention to detail, good judgement and people skills.
3. Prepare project estimates on a timely basis and revise as required or as scope of project changes.
4. Support new technologies and training to ensure optimum efficiency and performance.
5. Use Filemaker Pro workflow and communication forms to ensure all customer and project related information is stored in our database system (memos, workorders, production spec sheets, estimates, etc.)
6. Works with Design Director, implementation/production teams t schedule and facilitate the flow of information in all project phases, ensuring milestones such as approvals and internal proofing requirements are met and recorded.

Job Requirements:

1. Typically has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
2. Incumbents typically have 4-6 years project/process management.
3. Competent understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk,develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource. allocations and run team meetings.
4. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Working knowledge of project management tools (MS project, Project Workbench).
6. Knowledge or print/prepress and graphic arts.
7. Native Speaker is ideal.
