What We Expect
1. Responsible for the operation management of Tmall flagship store, complete sale targets
2. Responsible for development of the other third party E-Business platform
3. Plan and execute the sales strategy on the needs of Tmall business operation, cross-sectoral coordination
4. Responsible for the Tmall shop page planning, new arrival, online events, online promotion and optimization
5. Responsible for the development and implementation for the promotion plan. Evaluate the promotion result, product visits and conversion rate data analysis to improve the DSR via the detail emphasized.
6. Responsible for daily operation of Tmall shop, improve the shop click rate and page view
7. Responsible for the adjustment of the Tmall shop layout and products detail page with design team
8. Develop and manage the differentiated products & product portfolio on Tmall platforms
9. Monitor, regulate and protect intellectual property rights protection in Tmall & Taobao
10. Other works assigned by company.

What You Need to Have
1. College graduate or the above
2. Minimum 2 years management experience of Tmall flagship store of famous brands, especially the experience during the Tmall double 11 promotion, automotive aftermarket and hardware tools experience will be a plus
3. Love the Internet industry, familiar with the operation of internet promotion, good business communication skills, cross-sectoral coordination
4. Familiar with the sales regulations, promotion approach and advertisement in Tmall
5. Strong promotion planning, project execution ability, communication and problem solving ability
6. Able to work with high efficiency and team-spirit
7. Good English skills and office software

1. 负责公司天猫旗舰店的日常运营并完成销量任务
2. 负责公司其他第三方电商平台的开发打造
3. 基于公司业务所需，制定并实施天猫销售运营策略，协调各部门资源以完成销售目标
4. 负责店铺页面板块策划，上新，线上活动和专题的策划，线上推广创意及优化
5. 制定推广方案并负责实施，对推广效果进行评估，对店铺及产品访问量、转化率数据进行分析，及时对店铺细节进行改进，提升店铺综合排名
6. 负责天猫店铺日常维护，保证网店的正常运作，提高店铺点击率和浏览量
7. 协调设计人员对店铺页面进行调整或改版
8. 针对天猫销售平台，开发适销对路的差异化产品和产品组合
9. 监控、规范和保护公司在天猫和淘宝等平台的知识产权
10. 公司分派的其他工作

您应具备
1. 本科及以上学历
2. 2年以上大品牌天猫旗舰店运营管理经验，经历过双11会场达成，有汽车后市场、五金工具类经验优先录取
3. 热爱互联网行业，熟悉产品互联网推广运营方式，良好的商务沟通能力，跨部门协调
4. 熟悉天猫运营环境、交易规则、推广方式及天猫网站广告资源
5. 良好的策划推广能力和项目执行能力，沟通应变能力强
6. 高效工作和团队精神
