Requirement
1.Strong analytical, management and problem solving ability

5.Minimum 3 years working experience. Over 2 years working experience in product development within Auto/Parts Industry with over 1 year program management work experience.
6.Prefer automotive electronics plant working experience
7.Strong working knowledge of automotive product development and manufacturing processes.
8.Quite familiar with TS16949 quality systems, APQP/PPAP element requirements. And knows well about the product developing controlling.
9.Ability to independently plan, prioritize and manage work tasks and people. Strong written and verbal communication skills
10.Able to work independently under pressure and good team work spirit and harmonizing ability
11.Fluent oral English communication ability. Should possess adequate written English as well.
12.Must be well experienced in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
JD
1.Support the sales to achieve 100% quotes on time. Able to present the financial calculations and inputs.
2.Coordinate internally to establish and maintain agreed scope and statements of work. Lead the implementation of company's product development according to GPMS and customer's specific requirement.
3.Establish and track an integrated program schedule and metrics that accurately measure progress. Plan and manage all phased program deliverables to support program gateway reviews and approvals.
4.Identify potential problems in sufficient time for corrective action to be taken, and ensure the meeting of contract commitments. Track urgent issues.
5.Primary customer contact-communicate program status and coordination of open issues.
6.Working toward full accountability for all program financials and the resolution of variances from target.
7.Generate team commitment and ensure APQP and simultaneous engineering principles are followed
8.Coach the cross function team on Company/Customer's product development process/requirements
Follow and continuously improve program management system and APQP process executing within company.
