？ 能看懂机械图纸，掌握几何尺寸及公差知识；
？ 有较好的英语能力，可以熟练的读、写、听，至少有CET-4级证书；

？ 有市场销售经验的优先；
？ 有螺纹计量知识的优先；

工作描述：
？ 熟悉产品，了解公司产品的竞争优势；
？ 能与客户建立良好的合作关系，及时了解客户的需求，为客户提供准确的产品、方案、技术交流、报价、服务等；
？ 建立客户档案，能有效的筛选潜在客户，自已制定销售计划；
？ 能理解客户的需求，并为客户提供解决方案；
？ 能根据客户提供的图纸或其他相关资料，与公司其他工程师、设计或技术人员交流后预估出初步方案价格；
？ 能够为客户提供报价、方案，制作招标文件、销售合同等；
？ 从客户处拿到订单，完成项目；
？ 可以在会议上对产品进行公开演讲说明；
？ 为外加工寻找合格供应商；
？ 发展有效的代理，建立销售网络；
？ 能接受50%或以上的工作出差；
？ 不断加强自身专业知识的学习及销售能力的提高。

Sales Engineer for Design and Build Gages

Edmunds Gages Suzhou located at Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP), Jiangsu (www.EdmundsGages.com.cn) is looking for a sales engineer for design and build gages at our Suzhou office.
Edmunds Gages Suzhou is a subsidiary company of Edmunds Gages, Farmington, CT, USA. Edmunds Gages was founded in 1950 and is a leading company of precision gauges in the world. Edmunds Gages Suzhou is registered as a foreign investment company and a center of marketing, sales, manufacturing and services in China.
Requirements
? Must have at least two year work experience in mechanical design and manufacturing, or mechanical products sales
? Must understand engineering drawing and geometric dimensioning and tolerances
? English capability in reading and writing, and good in speaking, CET-4 or higher
? Familiar with AutoCAD
? Marketing experience is plus
? Thread metrology is plus
? Education: BS or MS in mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering
? Prefer an understanding how to measure geometric tolerances of mechanical parts with electronic gages and air gages
Job description
? Markets products and understands competitive advantages of our products
? Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
? Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
? Understands customer's needs and requirements and find a solution for a customer
? Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
? Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements Demonstrates products, generate quotations, proposals, bidding documents, purchase contracts to customers
? Works with customers to close sales
? Presents products in a seminar or conference
? Find suppliers for outsource products
? Conducts a product installation, training and services
? Develops representatives
? 50% work time to travel
? Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
