职位描述：
Position: HR Manager/Senior HR Manager
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for management Najing company all HR & Admin works.
2. Making HR annual planning, goals and budget.
3. Responsible for carrying out HR & Admin related policies and procedures.
4. Responsible for management of recruiting, payroll, training, performance appraisal and staffing relations.
5. Responsible for management company’s daily admin affairs, including vehicle, canteen, cleaning and so on.
6. Cooperate with HQ to implement Group regulations and rules. Submit manpower and other reports timely.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in related major, preferred in human resource management. Proficiency in English, both reading writing.
2. More than 5 years of HR working experience and at least 3 years HR management experience and people management experience.
3. Knowledgeable on China employment labor law and local regulations.
4. Careful, efficient, strong acumen.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. A strong sense of responsibility and decision-making ability.
6. Familiar with the six modules of human resources, with rich practical experience. SAP experience is preferred. 举报 分享

胜科在张家港拥有35,000立方米/天的处理设施，其中包括中国首家可直接处理来自于客户的高浓度污水而无需客户预处理的污水处理设施。被新加坡和中国政府选定为水务管理的示范项目。

Sembcorp's 35,000 cubic metres per day Zhangjiagang facilities include China's first wastewater treatment plant capable of treating highly concentrated industrial wastewater directly from source without the need for pre-treatment by customers. This was selected as a G-to-G project for bilateral cooperation in water management.
