Role and Responsibility:
- Launch orders for all purchasing items according to MRP plan and follow up the delivery time according to master production schedule.
- Keep updating database of suppliers and price.
- Drive supplier continuous improvement according to Velcro standard.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production and Engineering departments for supplier quality and on time delivery tracking.
- Sourcing capability in textile is prioritized
- Payment/Invoice follow up.

Requirements:
1.Education:
- College degree or above in Business, Engineering, Materials Management or equivalent
2.Skills / Knowledge:
- Good verbal and Excellent written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Good at Microsoft Office software tools
- Negotiation skills
- At least 3 years buyer experienced in Textile is advantage.
3.Personal:
- Integrity and work under pressure.
- Teamwork.
