4. 欢迎可以每周5天实习的学生，也可以考虑每周2 ~ 3天实习的学生，暑期实习亦可

1. 市场调研 Marketing Survey
a. PVA/PVAc and even EVOH
-Market size by applications
-Makers
-Grades and end users’ requirements
-Type of initiators and their suppliers
-Pros& Cons for Organic Peroxide vs Diazo
b. Acrylic resins
-Market size by applications
-Market size by industries (e.g. automotive, ship building, construction, etc.)
-Trend
-Type of initiators and their suppliers
-Pros & Cons for Organic Peroxide vs Diazo or even persulfate
2. 技术调研 Technology Survey
-Any technologies related to the use of Organic Peroxide
