Job Description:

Conduct regular review with plants for PFEP (Plan for Every Part), ensure planning parameter accuracy and consistence between ERP system and PFEP file.

?Drive MRP process from planning parameter maintenance to schedule releases to Pipeline tracking, push inventory reduction by planning parameter and scheduling/ordering process improvement.

?Support Inventory reduction initiative by driving supplier consignment, supplier delivery performance improvement, WIP reduction etc.

?Perform freight study to optimize logistics plan and drive logistics cost reduction.

?Support EDI implementation in respective plants.

?Support plants in crisis management, example – Supplier capacity constraints, material allocation, crisis due to catastrophe etc.

?Drive MMOG compliance in plants by training, auditing and follow up on corrective actions.

?Drive Supply Chain & Information Technology vision in all plants across Asia Pacific.

?Liaison with purchasing to improve supplier delivery, order to receipt processes, inventory initiatives and implementation of supplier terms and conditions of purchase.

?Assist in systematic documentation of department work instruction, procedures, training material both in hard and soft and train users in respective plants.

?Support plants to fully understand AP required reports, coordinate with AP central team in case of training required.

?Assist in budgeting process- preparation and monitoring, where required

Education Requirements:

?Graduate or Post Graduate in Engineering preferred

?Prefer – Specialization in Operations or Supply chain or Logistics Management

?APICS certified – American Production Inventory Control Society

Experience and Skill Requirements

?Leadership skills to manage multi locations, multi plant environment

?Language capability – English , Chinese a must

?Good communication skills to manage different level of staff

?Good analytical and logical skills as required for reporting

?Personality to earn respect from plants

?Hands on previous experience in reporting and trading (preferred)

?Analytical skills to map business processes related to Material Management

?ERP experience - workable

?6 Sigma Certification at least Green belt (preferred)

?3-4 Years working experience. Preference working experience in MNC companies

?Minimum 1-2 Years experience in Regional reporting role, interacting with multiple sites

?Knowledge on Trading activities / transactions preferred

?Knowledge of Material Planning process & ERP experience an added advantage

?Past experience on multiple plants reporting coordination required
