Job Dimensions:
? Technical exchange with experts of other R&D Centers
? Technical support for water membrane business development and sales team
? Build up water membrane expertise in R&D Center and set up collaboration with universities and Institutes
Main Responsibilities:
1. Build up water membrane knowledge in R&D Center, communicate with experts of other R&D Centers regularly, like for material benchmark and developing basic membrane test methods in R&D Center;
2. Support the business development and sales team with experimental data generated in the lab, investigation reports with reliable measurements;
3. On-site support to customer is also part of the mission according to business requirement;
4. Identify partners(University, Institute) in Asia, particularly in China;
5. Build up collaboration on water membrane, in order to be able to outsource experiments and studies when required;
6. Enhance overall expertise level of R&D Center in the field of water membrane.
Requirements:
? Master or PhD in polymer chemistry & physics and/or 3-5 years research experiences in membrane company
? Experienced in hollow fiber membrane is a plus
? Management experience, team work
? Fluent in English, knowledge of French is a plus
? Environmental, Health, and Safety awareness
? Good communication, problem solving skills, proactive
