Job Dimensions:
The SSC CTA Accountant is responsible for group reporting and managing general leger and tax accounting.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the standard process to support business in CTA process.
2. Ensure compliance with CTA aspects of SLAs.
3. Managing accounting functions related to CTA functions to ensure proper accounting booking, such as payroll, taxes etc. timely in general ledger.
4. Monitor all the monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities of CTA process to ensure the monthly closing on time and accurately.
5. Prepare BS reconciliation under PRC and IFRS on quarterly base to ensure all the accounting booking are correct.
6. Prepare group reporting under IFRS principle on monthly/quarterly/yearly base, ensure all the group reports are submitted timely and accurately.
7. Tax compliance control.
8. Managing tax declaration on monthly/quarterly/annually base.
9. Prepare VAT reconciliation on monthly basis to ensure tax declaration is compliant with accounting booking.
10. Support annul audit and prepare audit review package based on group requirement.
11. Validate financial operations booking request (such as M&A, Equity financing, Appropriation of the fiscal year results, Dividend payment, etc.) is well documented and post related financial operations
12. Conduct exceptional tasks such as tax audit support, special bodies request management or calculating the impact of any large projects on IFRS, statutory and tax results etc.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above major in accounting, at least three years working experience of general ledger processing, preferred in a foreign manufacturing plant
? Finance and Accounting knowledge
? Good tax knowledge
? Good read and written English
? Good knowledge of SAP
? Familiar with office software operation (Excel, etc.)
? Self-motivated, detail-oriented and proactive
? Good communicate skills and service conscious
? Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks
