- Master degree with major in chemical Engineering or equivalent, with strong knowledge of chemical process industry (CPI);
专业为化工工程的理学硕士学位或同等学历，对化工工程行业具有深刻认知；
- Minimal 5 years experience in relevant industry and well connected in the field, strong sales track record;
至少5年相关行业的工作经验并与本行业紧密相关，良好的销售记录；
- Good communication skill both in English & Mandarin;
熟练运用英语及普通话进行沟通；
- Preferable more than 2 year working experience in multinational companies;
拥有两年以上跨国公司工作经验者优先；
- Good team spirit and communication skill;
良好的团队精神及沟通技巧；
- Able to dealing with paradox and strategic agility;
能够处理各种矛盾及拥有战略灵活性.
