Key responsibilities for the position include:
Working directly with the European headquarters, processing, confirming and tracking orders, following-up on production status, as well as coordinating shipments, deliveries and payments.
Comfortable working on the phone contacting customers directly, assist in customer orders.
Maintain and update customer relationship management database (SAP), input visit reports, customer information, etc.
General responsibilities like answering phone, sending/faxing information to customers/vendors, translation, customer service, managing customer information requests (catalogs, samples, specifications, references), providing back up to all team members, arranging trips, etc.
We are looking for a Chinese national with the following qualifications:
Very good command of English, spoken and written.
Responsible and with a good dose of common sense.
Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, setting and meeting deadlines, prioritizing workloads.
Must exhibit good communication skills (written and oral).
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills in a professional business environment.
Strong computer skills (PC, MS Word, Excel, Access)
Comfortable working in a small, multi-cultural and multi-tasking oriented office environment.
Willing to travel within on an occasional basis (Shanghai to Suzhou).
