职位描述：
Purpose:
The China Account Manager for Catalysis are responsible for managing existing customers and developing a growth strategy focused on existing business and new business opportunities for Mixed Oxide, Alumina, fuel additives, and Chemical catalyst materials in the automotive industry with China-based customers.

Responsibilities:
? Effectively manage existing customer relations through CRM and regular visit
? Actively pursuing new business opportunities for continued revenue profit growth
? Manage distribution network, provide coaching and guidance to distributors’ sales representative
? Collect, analyze and report market information in a systematic way
? Work closely with cross-functional team to make sure sales plan flawlessly implemented

Requirements:

? Bachelor Degree or above, Chemistry, Chemical engineer or Automotive would be preferred but not essential .
? Minimum 5 years sales experience. Has commercial/sales experience with some technical &/or application knowledge in catalysis, emission control or expertise in business development roles will be a plus
? Fluent in English and good communication skills
? Team player, customer and result oriented, demonstrated ability to use own initiative and be proactive
? Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel
? Be enthusiastic and motivated
