职位描述：
Main Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for daily accounting bookings in accordance with the Heytex group finance rules and Chinese standard.
2. Be responsible for weekly review the account receivable and payable then workout the cash plans for presenting to the management of the plant at weekly finance meeting. Account receivable management with the sales team to ensure the no overdues from customers.
3. Be responsible for weekly review the sales progress against the budget and keep weekly updating to the sales team/order processing team as well as the management of the plant.
4. Be responsible for monthly financial statement and result analysis.
5. Be responsible for monthly review/analysis of the inventories and manage the improvement actions with the operational team.
6. Be in charge of credit control before goods delivery, monitoring the position of customer accounts compare to the credit limit (setup in SAP) to ensure the business operations within the credit limit.
7. Be responsible for monthly expense control v.s budget and workout the improvement action plans of the deviations with all responsible.
8. Be responsible for yearly and monthly budget preparation together with the management members and department heads.
9. Be responsible for monthly tax management in accordance with the domestic tax laws.
10. Be responsible for cashier management. Weekly or daily review with cashier about the cash management in regards of any income and payment status.
11. Be responsible for regular meetings with Banks to well understand how the policies of the savings regards of the exchange rate, interests of savings etc..
12. Daily communicate with HQ finance department for any of the finance relates.
13. Be responsible for preparation of external annual financial audit and tax audit.
14. Attend the daily shop floor meetings to understand the operation status, timely communicate with all team members in case of any deviations regards to the finance relates.
15. Administratively Report to GM of Heytex ZJG and technically report to CFO of Heytex Group.

Qualification:
1. At least 8 years of solid experience in Finance or accounting related field
2. 3 years+ costing background is a must
3. Good at SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
4. Communicate well in both written and spoken English, German is a plus.
5. Honest, hardworking, responsible, can work under pressure
6. Bachelor degree or above and majored in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
7. CPA or equivalent qualification is highly preferred
