岗位职责

Job responsibilities:

1、开发新客户，独立完成客户项目，签订合约，协助主管部门制定项目计划；

Developing new clients, having ability to complete sales tasks, sales contract individually,

assisting the supervisor for completion of sales goals;

2、跟踪客户进程，以保证客户的长期性和稳定性；

Customer follow up, maintaining long-term and stable relations with existing clients;

3、构建销售渠道和适时开展推广促销活动；

Seeking new sales channels and planning new promotion activities;

4、分解销售目标，制定销售策略、促销政策等销售实操方案；

Setting marketing targets and conducting and implementing the new marketing strategy;

5、组织销售环节的管理，监督销售过程中的销控管理，控制销售合同风险；

Performing management during sales and promotion process, controlling sales risks;

6、掌握竞争对手的市场动态，为公司的发展提供建设性意见；

Have ability to analyze and obtain the new marketing change and provide professional

advice on the company development;

7、收集销售信息；总结、分析各阶段销售情况并提交销售报告；

Making market research, analyzing and concluding the sales performance, as well as

reporting to higher management by period;

8、执行公司政策，配合部门，协调互助，共同完成公司目标。

Coordinate with other departments to achieve common operation of whole company.

任职要求

Job requirements:

1、本科及以上学历，营销管理或其它经济专业优先；二年以上行业销售工作经验者优先；

Bachelor or above degree of marketing management or relevant education, with at least two

years sales experience within the industry;

2、具有较强语言沟通和领悟能力；

With great communication skills and highly sense of understanding;

3、有较强的逻辑思维能力和沟通协调能力，善于与客户建立良好关系；

With excellent ability of systematic thinking and coordinating, good at keeping pleasant

relationship with clients;

4、有敏锐的市场洞察力，有强烈的事业心、责任心和积极的工作态度；

With highly sense of observation of marketing change, with strong career-ambition and

positive working attitude;

5、掌握营销策划、市场营销、媒体传播等相关知识，熟悉市场情况和媒体动态；

Having knowledge of marketing planning, promotion, and advertising, knowing the current

marketing situation and trends;

6、具有较强的工作独立性和自我管理能力，具备团队协作精神，有责任感，吃苦耐劳，能适应出差；

With ability of working independently, and cooperate with working team, with strong sense

of responsibility and hard-working, willing to travel frequently;

7、热爱销售，勇于挑战，性格开朗大方，形象气质佳；

Having interests in sales and glad to challenge, with pleasant personality and elegant;

8、英语听说读写熟练，四级以上水平，精通办公软件。

Excellent oral and writing English skills passed CET-4, could use basic office software.
