岗位职责

Job responsibilities:

1、熟悉各种产品基本原理，解决生产现场可能出现的技术问题，并改进；

Be familiar with product principles, solving technical problems from the work site and making improvements;

2、熟悉产品设计开发流程，进行产品机械部分的开发设计，方案制定；

Be familiar with the product design and development processes, executing the development

and design of the mechanical parts, making the programs;

3、负责研发与生产接口，将研发产品转化为可行的生产产品，理顺生产流程，将各种仪器标准化；

Be responsible for the interface between development and production, turning products into

viable products, streamlining the production process, standardizing various instruments;

4、根据研发制定工艺文件，编制机械研发产品工程制图、装配工艺流程和生产作业指导书，并标准化；

Making the process documents based on research and development, producing machinery

research and development product engineering drawing, assembly process and production

work instructions, and standardization;

5、负责编制机械研发产品的进料、过程、成品检验标准；

Be responsible for the preparation of purchasing, process, testing standards for products

that under research and development;

6、配合研发产品相关认证工作；

Cooperating with certifications for the products that under the research and development;

7、负责编制机械研发产品的销售培训资料和技术培训资料；

Be responsible for the preparation of product sales training and technical training

documents;

8、提供机械研发产品的生产和售后技术支持；

Providing technical support for production and after sales of products’ that under research

and development;

任职要求

Job requirements:

1、 本科以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化专业者优先；

Bachelor degree or above, majors from the mechanical design, manufacturing and

automation have the priorities;

2、 三年以上发动机公司，或大型设备设计研发经验者优先；

More than three years of work experience in diesel engine Company, or a large device design

and development experience is preferred;

3、 精通 CAD 软件、PRO-E (或 CATIA、Solid Works) 3D 等软件的使用；

Proficient in CAD software, PRO-E (or CATIA, andSolid Works)-d software use;

4、 熟悉机床产品通用电气、液压及机械工作原理；

Familiar with machines general electric, hydraulic and mechanical working principle;

5、 具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神；

With strong communication and coordination capacity and teamwork spirit;

6、 具备出色的组织学习能力，思维敏捷，有很强的开拓精神和创新意识；

Have excellent organizational learning capability, quick thinking, a strong sense of pioneering spirit and innovation;

7、 英语交流、阅读良好，四级以上。

English communication, reading is good， level must be above CET-4.
