岗位职责

Job responsibilities:

1、 管理登记、核对进出库货物及装配零件；清点入库，与送货员办理交接手续；

Manage registration, checking inbound and outbound cargo and assembling parts;

inventory storage and courier transfer formalities;

2、 安排货物的存放地点，登记保管账和货位编号；

Arranging cargo storage areas, registration of custody accounts and location numbering;

3、 负责仓库管理及返修品管理；

Responsible for warehouse management and repair management;

4、 协助部门经理处理日常采购事务，负责办理材料的入库；

Assist the Department Manager in dealing with daily procurement services, responsible for

material storage;

5、 负责与厂家进行密切沟通并了解情况，依据货比三家的原则保证采购价格；

Close communication and understanding, with the manufacturers, based on principles of

comparison shopping guaranteed purchase price;

6、 负责核对采购的明细及帐目，并保证明细的真实、一致；

Responsible for checking for purchasing and accounts, ensuring that real, consistent detail;

7、 负责生成各种汇报表格、售后档案等工作；

Responsible for producing a variety of reporting forms, after sales archive work;

8、 负责向销售部提供新产品信息及价格走向。

Responsible for providing sales products information and prices trend;

任职要求

Job requirements:

1、 年龄 23-50 岁，中专或中专以上学历；

Age about 23-50 years old, technical secondary school education experience or above;

2、 熟悉机床产品设备，并具有 2 年以上机械电子行业采购工作经验；

Familiar with machines and have more than two years purchasing experience in machinery

and electronics industry;

3、 熟悉电脑基本操作，懂 Microsoft Navision 优先；

Be familiar with computer operation, understanding Microsoft Navision would be preferred;

4、 具有良好的分配协调能力，物流管理能力；

Have a good distribution capacity for coordination, logistics management capacity;

5、 具有良好的语言表达能力，沟通技巧；

Have good language skills, communication skills;

6、 为人诚实，积极主动，对待工作脚踏实地，责任心强；

Honest, proactive, working hard, strong sense of responsibility;

7、 英语交流、阅读良好，四级以上。

English communication, reading is good， level must be above CET-4;

8、 有较强的谈判技巧；能擅长于产品价格，品质，交货期的谈判。

Strong negotiating skills; specializes in product price, quality, delivery of the negotiations.
