职位描述：

Job Description:

1. Visit and review the FRAAS stores/counters all over China market regularly.

2. Supervise the store image and display fixture according to the company policy, make sure the way of merchandise presentation in line with brand requirement.

3. Supervise and make sure the store visual merchandising according to the company requirements and seasonal updates.

4. Provide training to store employees in terms of Brand’s products; point of sales; history etc.
5. Collect the store sales report and communicate the advice of improvement.
6. Be involved in organizing the annual distribution meeting.

7. Be involved in the distributors’ business.

8. Be involved in the market intelligence and competition exercises.

9. Be involved in the new market/store exploration.

Skill and Experience Required

1. About 3-5 years of experience in clothing retail sales and VM. Experience in high fashion brand is preferred.

2. Outgoing and strong communication skill.

3. Strong team cooperation spirit, good expression ability

4. Good English skill

5. Understanding and learning ability, serious and responsible work
6. Can work under pressure, accept frequent business travel.

7. College or above，major in Garment or Design. Has comprehensive quality such as fashion sense, brand consciousness, color aesthetic feeling
