岗位职责：
- 全面负责咖啡店的各项工作；
- 坚持让客人完全满意的服务宗旨，带领员工按咖啡吧服务程序和质量要求做好接待服务；
- 带领全体员工做好咖啡吧的服务；
- 记录宾客意见反馈及投诉，定时向上级汇报；
- 掌握咖啡菜式品种及制作方式；
- 做好班组交接工作，并做好记录；
- 每日检查咖啡吧的卫生及摆台状况；
要求：
- 有3年以上咖啡厅管理经验
- 高中以上学历，五官端正，有基本的英语沟通能力 举报 分享
