职位描述：
1、 负责本部的行政管理和日常事务，协助总经理搞好各部门之间的协调；
2、 落实公司规章制度，沟通内外联系，负责对会议文件决定的事项进行催办，查办和落实。
3、制定人力资源计划，通过有效招聘渠道，按照工作岗位要求，将员工安排到合适的岗位，实现人力资源合理配置；
4、制定合理的薪酬福利制度，负责工资薪酬、奖励、提成的准确核算；
5、制定并实施培训计划，主要指专业技能培训及人员品质培训，根据员工培训心得及反馈及时调整培训计划；
6、绩效考核：根据公司的年度目标，制定合理的考核指标，定期对绩效考核结果汇总分析，未达成绩效沟通反馈，促进绩效有效执行性；
7、各部门岗位说明书的完善及修订；
8、负责公司各项规章制度的修订、制定及检查监督。规范各项工作，提高工作效率。
9、负责后勤总务工作，加强5S、办公用品、礼品、固定资产等的管理；

(二)岗位要求
1、人力资源、行政、文秘、汉语语言等相关专业，本科以上学历；
2、至少五年以上人事行政相关工作经验，三年管理经验；
3、具备良好的沟通、协调、组织能力，具有较好的协调管理能力和一定的语言表达能力。
4、了解一定的财务方面的知识，善于统计、数据分析等；
