职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Is a member of the Project Leadership Team and is the interface between this team and all engineering and design members of the Integrated Project Team.
2. Is responsible for acquiring engineering and design resources as needed during the life of the project.
3. Makes sure that engineering contractor staffing is adequate, utilizing in-house resources as well as selected design contractors to meet project objectives.
4. Leads the engineering portion of the FEL process including preparation of project scopes of work, the capital cost estimates and the development of the Production Design Basis.
5. Leads the production engineering and design activities; works with functional engineering leaders to ensure the design contractors produce all engineering design and procurement deliverables required to meet the business and project objectives.
6. Establishes effective communications among the members of the Integrated Project Team to ensure alignment around business objectives, project objectives, and project scopes.
7. Is accountable for integrated engineering design and procurement schedule.
8. Manages engineering non-capital cost, capital investment, and engineering resources within budget.
9. Drives capital project work processes and practices.
10. Interfaces effectively with the construction, project controls, and operations functions to ensure overall project success.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical or automation.
2. Minimum of 5 years work experience on facility engineering.
3. Minimum of 3 years work experience as project engineer.
4. Strong leadership skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; willing to delegate.
5. Good understanding of business, technology, and manufacturing processes.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
7. Understanding and appreciation for the various functions and disciplines involved in capital projects and capability to build the strong engineering team necessary for project success.
8. Experience and expertise in capital project process.
9. Results oriented and disciplined to follow project processes and best practices.
10. Has leadership mindset and previous leadership experiences.
11. Understanding of capital and non-capital funding practices and project cost control techniques.
12. Ability to use integrated schedule to establish task sequencing and critical path.
12. Understanding of methodology to develop economics and cost control.
14. Good oral and written English skills.
15. Working skills of AutoCAD software would be a plus.
16. Willingness to learn from others and share learnings.
17. Be self-motivated, have strong interest in project engineering as a career, and be able to work effectively in a team environment with people of all levels who are geographically and culturally diverse. 举报 分享
