Responsibilities
1. Plan and implement the project as assigned.
1) Lead and work on new product, new materials and cable optimization projects.
2) Setup project management, follow through cable design, planning, technical feasibility study, process experiment design, cable or material qualification execution, small batch control and related report (new product/ supplier materials).
3) Collect and study related industry standard.
2. Apply advanced development method and quality tools in development, such as SPC or Minitab, DOE, FMEA, 6 sigma, …
3. Provide technology training and transfer package for new project.
4. Propose creative idea for new project (sustain existing product and breakthrough innovation).
5. Participate related external activities as required.
6. Monthly technical work report and technical project report.
7. Cooperate with other department to support company business development requirement.
8. Daily work on new cable design and BOM for price quotation and production.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in related field.
2. 3 years experience in optical cable industry or Telecommunication industry (Preferable and Optional).
3. Be familiar with Loose Tube cable, ADSS cable, indoor cable and color stripe cable (Preferable and Optional).
4. Good coordination capabilities and communication skills.
5. Willing to do research work, creative and aggressive.
6. Self-motivate, willing to work under pressure
7. Team spirit and player.
8. Good command of English in writing and speaking.
