Major activities and accountabilities
1. Safety Responsibility
-Make sure safety transportation is implemented during transportation period
-To remind all customers to implement Arkema Safety policy
2.Order management
-According to F22 export sales order in SAP system, prepare delivery schedule
-Arrange sampling and logistic issues based on customer’s requirement
-Make sure no any legal problem due to order documents problem
-Persuade customers to implement logistic arrangement under the help of sales team when the market isn’t good
-Update F22 filling plan day by day and make sure no any inventory risk(too high or too low)
3. Payment work
-Check the correctness of quantity and amount on the invoice
-Fill the payment application and send to Finance Dept.
4. Monthly report
-Do monthly report to Manager
-Do payment forecast to Fin. Dept.
5. Isotank rotation
-In charge of F22 isotank rotation
6. Be backup of blends logistic issue
-Should know how to update SOP form
-Should know how to arrange raw material delivery plan and finished-products delivery plan based on DAR’s requirement
-Should coordinate with relative department to solve blends disposables filling plan and blends isos filing plan
-Should deal with F22 iso dealing with issues and other necessary issues.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1.Knowledge:
-Bachelor degree.
-Knowledge of trade
2. Skills:
-Good communication and coordination skill
-Flexible, straightforward and independent.
-Be familiar with Excel and Word.
-Good written and oral English level
3.Experience:
-3 years experience in Logistic
4. Ability
-Can finish the job effectively assigned by leader
-Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
-Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
-Able to solve the problems in daily jobs independently, effectively
