Job Dimensions
-The job holder is responsible for payment run, perform BA payment, bank reconciliation, etc.
-Ensure the payment and collection no any mistake and delay
-Completed other job that required by supervisor
-Backup
Major activities and accountabilities
*BA Payment
-Perform special payment such as BA payment
-Manage physical archival
*E-bank Payment
-Control payment proposal and solve relevant issues. For instance, the company bank information, dispute with the vendor, all credit notes, have been received from the vendor, etc.
-Transfer payment proposal in Cashpooler and ensure all principal issues have been identified and resolved before payment
-Release payment proposal for approval
-Fill in information in Cashpooler required by bank and prepare and send supporting documents to Bank upon request
*Payment Run& Bank Reconciliation
-Select all the necessary criteria and perform payment run.
-Post BA payment and change payment method is SAP accordingly
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
-Collage degree or above major in accounting, 1-2 working experience of cashier processing
-Finance and Accounting knowledge
-Familiar with Cashpooler
-Good read and written English
-Able to handle confidential information appropriately
-Good knowledge of SAP
-Self-motivated, detail-oriented and proactive
-Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks
