RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Responsible for assembly line FTT.
？ Responsible for assembly line trouble shooting for down time and OEE low issues.
？ Responsible for improvement of assembly line COQ.
？ Responsible for assembly line continual improvement.
？ Responsible for initial and manage assembly line related documents.
？ Responsible for training technician and operator.
？ Work in compliance on developing assembly line SOR, tracking supplier delivery plan.
？ Work in compliance on assembly line acceptance and trail run
？ Work in compliance on developing assembly line new technology.
？ Work in compliance with customers’ specific requirement, such as QSB of SGE, Formal Q of VW, etc.
？ Work in compliance with Stackpole EP Quality Systems.
？ Work in compliance with Stackpole EP Safety Systems.
？ Work in compliance with Stackpole EP Environmental Systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
？ Requires a bachelor degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing process or maintenance; prefer experience in automotive industry;
？ Deep knowledge of:
？ GD&T,
？ Assembly process: bolting, pressing etc.
？ Locating and support system.
？ Trouble shooting tools: 8D, 5 Phase etc.
？ ISO/TS 16949.
？ APQP, PPAP, FMEA manual.
？ Familiar with error proofing.
？ Rich experience of time management and conflict management.
？ Good written and oral communication skills.
？ English capable on both written and oral.
