在店铺设计总监和主管的指导下，完成店铺设计版块的日常工作，及中等难度的设计任务。
In the guidence of design director and supervsor's, completing the daily work and tasks.
岗位职责

1、店铺主题形象开发完善（中小型项目）Development & Improvement of Store Image
（1）在由公司内部主导的设计方案中，协助设计深化与实现，参与提案，并独立完成效果图制作工作。
Assist in design and implementation, to participate in the proposal, and finish the drawing work.
（2）由外部设计公司承接的主题设计项目，在公司统一的框架下，协助对接设计工作，包括参与提案，效果图制作。直至整体效果完成。
For outsourcing project, under the unified framework of the company, to assist the design work, including participation in the proposal, the effect of map making until the completion of the overall effect.
（3）根据设计主管要求的方向，不断提高新材料的认知力，理解设计理念，熟悉和不断提升效果图的最新制作和技巧。
Constantly improve the cognition of the new material, understand the design concept, and constantly improve the latest production and technical skills in drawing work according to the requirements from the design supervisor.
（4） 在制作效果图的过程中，要不断完善设计方案。要及时与负责项目的人及主力设计师沟通。
Constantly improve design plan during the process of map making. Communicate with the responsible and designers in time.
（5）协助编制所负责项目的技术资料，确保满足标准化应用的需求。
Assist to collecting technical data of the project, to ensure that meet the requirements of the application.
（6） 协助编辑部门的设计图规范，确保满足标准化的使用。
Assist the editorial department to meet the design specification, the use of standardized.

2、连锁店铺设计（一般店铺）Design for Chain Store
（1）协助完成设计主管分配的一般店铺设计工作。
Assist to complete the normal design tasks as required.
（2）指导一般施工现场遭遇的被动设计方案调整。
Guidence of passive design adjustment meeted in normal construction site.

3、公司工程项目（低于一般设计难度）Company Project
在设计主管交付的项目中，根据业务需求，制订设计方案，并配合项目经理完成各项与设计相关的工作。
According to the business requirements, making design plan, and cooperating with project manager to complete all design related work in required projects.

4、协作工程项目 （低于一般设计难度）Collaborative Project
在设计主管交付的项目中，根据项目主导部门的需求，制订设计方案，并配合其完成相关的工作。
According to project requirements, making design plan, and cooperating to finish related work in required projects.

5、人员培养 People Development
指导设计助理提高业务水平
Guide to design assistant to improve skills.
任职要求

1、本科 空间设计专业毕业。具有零售行业空间设计1-2年以上相关工作经验
Bachlor degree with major in space design；1 - 2 years design experience in retail space design
2、具有良好的设计创意能力
Good design and creative ability
3、熟悉零售业空间设计施工规范流程
Familiar with the retail space design and construction process
4、熟悉装饰工程材料性能、价格
Familiar with the performance and price of decoration materials.
5、熟练操作CAD、3D等空间设计相关软件
Skilled in CAD, 3D, and etc
6、学习能力强；具有创造力和良好的审美能力；有较强的责任心
