职位描述：
Job Dimensions:
? In charge of MOE (Maintenance Operational Excellence) project.
1) Follow up the implementation of MOE in corporation.
2) Assist to introduce MOE to other plant in China.
3) Regularly report the MOE schedule and implementation in China to the Headquarter.
? In charge of the management of TA project.
1) Coordinate different units shutdown / startup schedule and across job for overhaul , arrange subcontractor and internal resource ,discuss the overhaul proposal with maintenance and operator , improve the overhaul performance and efficiency .
2) Trace /optimize and update the overhaul proposal.
? Review and improve PMP.
? Provide technical support to new project.
? Assist to establish the maintenance system such as SAP.
? Assist to accept any audits in corporation.
? Assist to provide monthly reliability report.
? Assist to provide the monthly maintenance and KPI report.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Safety
? Follow company’s rules and regulations strictly; doesn’t work unsafely
? Wear PPE properly and keep PPE in good situation
? Participate in safety activities in department and platform, the rationalization suggest concerning for safety production is welcome
? Give good suggestions to maint. Team to improve maint. Safety
? Analyze safety impact of technical changes and activities with HSE, process and production departments

2. Daily Management
? Coordinate different units shutdown / startup schedule and across job for overhaul , arrange subcontractor and internal resource ,discuss the overhaul proposal with maintenance and operator , improve the overhaul performance and efficiency
? Trace /optimize and update the overhaul proposal.
? Follow up the implementation of MOE in corporation.
? Assist to introduce MOE to other plant in China.
? Regularly report the MOE schedule and implementation in China to the Headquarter.
? Review and improve PMP.
? Participate in the monthly review meeting for preventive maintenance, test results, operational reliability and maintenance implementation. according to the actual situation to adjust the PMP timely
? Lead important RCA
? Summarize findings of site inspections towards reliability improvements, reduction of waste and loss of Performance
? Provide technical support to new project and major MOC
? Assist to establish the maintenance system such as SAP.
? Assist to provide the monthly Reliability and KPI report.
? Finish other job which supervisor arranged.

Requirements:
1.Knowledge知识:
? Master degree or above in Chemical Engineering or project management or English related majors.
? Ability to finish English and Chinese report.
2. Skills技能:
? CET-6 or above, English fluent reading, writing and oral communication.
3.Experience经验:
? Fresh master level graduates
? To be a helpful to have engineering experience or technical experience in a process industry (or better) chemical company..
4.Abilities能力:
? Excellent communication and teamwork.
? Systematic Problem solving ability.
? Strong abilty to influence people.
? High safety consciousness.
? Well organized.
