职位描述：
Main Responsibilities：
1. Set up rules and regulations of EHS for all staff to follow and regularly monitor the employees activity to make sure the all employee behaviors and document are in line with the EHS discipline.
2. Timely report the safety accidents to top management , HR and government and call meetings to do root cause to find out solution to avoid repeated happening.
3. Deploy and implement EHS related policies and action plans from headquarters and / or government.
4. Give enough training to all staff in EHS operation and updates.
5. Manage the EHS affairs in Changshu plant and head office and do coodination with other plant safety people.
6. Other tasks asssigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree 本科学历
- 3 year experience in related field 三年以上相关工作经验
- Strong analytical aptitude 分析能力强
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 电脑熟练
- Knowledge of local & state EHS legislation 熟悉当地和国家相关EHS 法规
- Communication skills 良好的沟通能力
- English CET-6 举报 分享
