职位描述：
Job Dimensions:
1. The purpose of the job is to provide technical support and expertise to the sales teams.
2. It involves the management of a Laboratory with half a million RMB of equipment.
3. The position has technical influence over all China + most of South-East Asia.
4. It has influence over several tens of millions RMB sales.
 
Main Activities:
· Develop new solutions for polymerization processes using Organic Peroxides, according to market needs.
· Make use of the R&D center’s high technical facility to develop new ideas and scale them up. Run the laboratory in an efficient and safe manner.
· Imagine new products, according to technical possibilities and background intellectual property constraints.
· Bring solutions to market development level, through appropriate customer support activity.
· Collaborate closely with Arkema R&D Centers in France / US to go faster and make use of global resources.
· On a marketing point of view, develop a thorough understanding of how customers use our products and what are their needs.
· Provide Technical service at customers on recently commercialized products.
· Identify key technical needs and challenges at customers .
· Propose new R&D projects according to these challenges
· Participate in development of regional BU strategies
 
Requirements:
· Master or PhD, in Polymer Chemistry, Polymerization (emulsion, or solvant borne), or related fields.
· 5-10 years Industrial Experience in Polymer synthesis and Applications Development is a plus.
· Preferably customer experience with proven track record of success;
· Experience with Organic Peroxides is a plus.
· Hands-on experience in Polymer synthesis and grafting, Polymerization, Polymer Chemistry, is a plus.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
