维修服务部订单处理

工作要求：

相关工作经验2年以上

大专以上学历

英文良好

Responsibilities
· Support sales engineer/manager
· Handle customer’s question and forward customer inquiry to sales manager/engineer in a timely manner
· Issue reconditioning quotation according to work proposal and standard price
· Create order in SAP after confirm by customer
· Inform workshop for job details together with workshop manager
· Keep customer updated for the working status
· Send completed inspection reports to customer
· Perform reliable and speedy invoicing
· Carry out delivery instruction
· Arrange proper shipment method to ensure products are transported safely and on time and control delivery cost
· Delivery documentation filling
· Prepare accounts receivable report and follow up
Requirements:
· Fluent in English and good communication skill
· Computer skill / Microsoft Office
· Very good sense of the business
· Participate department meetings and perform regular workshop visit proactively
· Good sense of responsibility, good team player, open-minded and patient
· Ready to share information and give feedback to the related in a timely manner
· Experience in SAP
