Report to Quality Manager
Work Location: WQDC, Shanghai Linggang

Responsibilities:
？ Leading customer complain handling and improvement actions
？ Nonconformity cost analysis and improvement actions supervising
？ Involve internal and external audit and follow up relative actions
？ Collect quality data and quality improvement opportunity to Quality Management level
？ Take care of the environment, safety regulations and fire protection
？ Inform to quality management level about necessary investment
？ Follow up measurement calibration in QA department
？ Prepare process documents and update according quality improvement actions
？ Supplier quality monitoring and verify supplier actions, cooperate with WSM, purchasing, production and supplier for supplier quality improvement.
？ Measure performance of incoming and FAT opening inspection.
？ Quick response of process quality issue and coordinate quality issues resolving
？ Implement Lean manufacturing through company

Requirements:
？ B.S. in Mechanical engineering;
？ Leading capability, cross function communication skill and team work awareness
？ 5 years working experience in mechanical industrial and at least 3 years experience of quality assurance
？ Knowledge of ISO9001 (other related standards are advantage) and familiar with quality tools e.g. APQP, PFMEA, Quality Control Plan, MSA, 8D etc. Basic Lean manufacturing knowledge.
？ Good computer skills, MS Office, ERP’s etc.;
？ Have good command of spoken & written English;
？ Good problem solving skills;

？ 负责客户投诉处理以及改进行动实施
？ 质量成本分析和改善措施执行
？ 参与内外质量体系审核并跟踪相关改进措施落实
？ 搜集质量数据和汇报改善机会至质量管理层
？ 注意环境，职业健康安全和火灾防护
？ 提请必须的质量改善投资需求
？ 跟踪量具校准
？ 创建和维护过程质量保证文件并确保及时更新
？ 供应商质量监控，和相关部门合作推进供应商质量改进并验证改进效果
？ 评估进货和发货检验绩效
？ 快速响应过程质量问题并协调问题的解决

要求：
？ 本科，机械专业
？ 5年以上机械产品工作经验至少三年质量保证工作经验;
？ 主动，独立，良好的分析能力和一定的谈判技巧;
？ 对ISO9001有一定了解，此外，对其它体系标准有认识者优先;熟悉质量工具比如PFMEA, Quality Control Plan, MSA, 8D等等。具有基本的精益生产知识
？ 熟悉ERP及各种MS Office软件;
？ 良好的英文听说能力;
？ 良好的解决问题能力;
