职位描述：
Working responsibilities/岗位职责：
1.Responsible for the activity of supporting customer related to the management of sales order for the geographic areas in charge.负责所属管辖地理范围内的销售订单及其相关客户的管理。
2.Responsible for organization and coordination of customer visit in company.负责组织和协调客户对公司的参观访问。
3.Research the most effective, efficient and rational solutions in order to maximize the satisfaction of customer. 研究最有效，高效和合理的解决方案，以最大限度地提高客户的满意度。
4.Communicate with staff form other areas in organization, such as production, warehouse, Logistic, operation, sales, finance, to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer complaints.
协调公司其他部门，如生产、仓库、物流、财务，以确保订单的执行并解决客户的投诉。
Qualification/岗位要求
1. Bachelor degree or above.
本科及以上学历。
2. 3 year+ Customer service related experience; Full of customer sense and ability to handle with relationship with cross function.
具有三年以上的相关工作经验，具有良好的客户意识和公共关系管理能力。
3. Fluently in Mandarin and English.
中英文读写流利。
4. Familiar with office tool-WORD/EXCEL/PPT.
熟练操作Office工具。
5.Open mind , Mature and good logic thinking.
