Position Title : Secretary
Business or Function: Admin
Location: Zhangjiagang
Reports To: Site Leader - ZJG site

Position Purpose:
The Office Professional is responsible for all admin issues of ZJG site.

Prime Responsibilities:
1.Daily administration support for site leader
2.Prepare government documents and interface with government during the approval process for company certifications
3.Car/Canteen/Stationery management
4.Maintain company documents
5.Support and help to direct administrative activities
6.Other related administrative issues of plant.

Qualification:
-Minimum of 2 years work experience is preferred, excellent graduate is considered.
-Self initiative.
-College or above.
