We are the international market leader for innovative, mechanical engineering components in selected target industries. For our manufacturing plant in China, we are looking for an experienced individual, to lead our Chinese business as a General Manager to dominant market positions. The plant is based in Zhangjiagang, in Jiangsu Province.

We are looking for a trustworthy and loyal Manager who is a strong team player with several years of experience as a general manager for an international Company, or an experienced assistant Manager of a larger company, who is ready to take up responsibility to manage a strongly growing and motivated team with over 100 employees.
我们需要一名忠诚可靠、具有高度团队合作精神的总经理， 应聘者须具备多年跨国公司总经理经验、或者跨国大公司总经理助理工作经验，并能承担管理具有100多人的快速增长和积极进取的团队。
Key tasks are to lead the team by example, handling the administration of the business, control the finance and compliance and last but not least acting as the link between the international headquarters and the local business. For the nature of the product it would be ideal if the candidate has an engineering background or experience with complex technical products in manufacturing, quality management or sales of technical complex mechanical products for important OEMs. A team of experienced, highly professional and reliable department managers is in place to support him in his duties.

Qualifications and Experience:

trustworthy, reliable and good leadership skills

experience as a General Manager
具有总经理工作经验；
engineering education with qualifications in business management or similar
理工科教育背景和相关企业管理资质；
excellent English Language capability, other languages would be a plus
流利的英语交流能力，熟悉多国语言者优先；
experience in sales with international key accounts
具有国际知名大客户的销售经验；
quick learner in technical matters
快速的技术学习能力；
Strong motivator and team player
