1. 灌装技术部门在中国的技术代表
2. 涵盖中国地区所有的翻新改造及新机器项目
3. 主要负责下列领域

- 无菌
- 热灌
- 水线 碳酸饮料
- 啤酒灌装

任务

n 合理调整灌装无菌方面机器及整线的概念以符合客户要求

n 负责灌装线（新线和改造）中机器的工艺设计

n 负责灌装机器方面的内部及对外技术说明，及成本计算

n 与在中国的销售部门及德国总部的灌装技术部门紧密合作，处理客户个别的，与生产相关的，特殊复杂的要求

n 在SAP中建立机器的估算及报价

n 对产品，尤其是机器的工艺设计的数据说明方面，以及确定担保及客户要求的条款规定方面的技术支持，

n 为客户及服务、销售部门处理技术合同的报价、订单、产品生产周期测算及确认

n 在所有技术性事物方面积极支持销售部门

n 为服务及调试团队进行安装前的技术培训及指导

n 处理太仓无菌部的基本操作事项

n 与太仓无菌部就微生物验收进行讨论

条件要求

n 机械工程或酿造技术或相关专业的高等学历，接受过完整的技术培训

n 充分了解克朗斯及竞争对手的所有灌装技术产品

n 具备优异的英文语言能力，会德语中文者优先。

n 良好的掌握微软办公软件及SAP软件

n 良好的沟通与表达能力

n 具有服务精神，并有以客户为中心的意识

n 能够经常出差，适应性良好

Filling technology expert Krones Taicang, China



The job comprises


technical representation of the filling technology department in China
local coverage of the retrofitting and new machines business
being in charge of the areas
- aseptics
- Hotfill
- water / CSD
- beer filling


Tasks


n Elaboration of logical machine and line concepts tailored to the customer's requirements in the filling/aseptic area
n Technical layout of the machines comprised in the filling lines (new machines and retrofittings)
n Internal/external technical clarification of machines of the filling technology sector; responsibility for the costs
n Elaboration of individual, product-related, complex special customer requirements in close cooperation with Sales Department China and the Filling Technology Division in Neutraubling
n Creation of machine calculations and quotations in SAP
n Continuous support of the products, particularly clarification of technical machine layout data, definition of warranties, provisions required from the customer
n Technical contact for customer, service and sales department for quotation, order, LCS measures, validations
n Active support of the sales department in all technical matters
n Training and instructions to the service and commissioning teams prior to installation
n Elaboration of the operating basics for AQUA Taicang
n Conducting microbiological acceptance talks with AQUA Taicang


Prerequisites


n Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering or beverage technology or comparable, completed technical training
n Knowledge of the filling technology product portfolio of Krones and the competitors
n Excellent command of English, ideally also German and Chinese
n Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
n Good communication and presentation skills
n Service and customer-oriented manner
n Willingness to travel and flexibility

克朗斯机械(太仓)有限公司主要进行零备件及更换件的生产，同时，为客户现有的克朗斯设备提供升级服务，特别是技术支持服务、售后服务等等。公司的目的就是集中营运, 为中国客户提供强大的区域服务支持。 此外，克朗斯集团在全球设有3个设备生命周期管理服务 (life cycle service) 海外分公司，中国的克朗斯机械(太仓)有限公司是其中之一。

2007年，随着国内用户的不断增加，公司成立克朗斯（太仓）贸易有限公司。同样坐落在太仓的贸易公司，更大程度上分担了国内用户对整线系统的需要，其中包括整线的匹配，备品备件的采购以及物流的协调管理。在***程度上降低了客户的成本，满足了客户的需求。
同年7月，培训部门的加入成为克朗斯太仓的另一个亮点。克朗斯根据中国各个地区的要求不断的更新着培训活动。量身定做的课程；经验丰富的专家；设备齐全的厂房，在克朗斯太仓，通过克朗斯培训课程，可以有效的使客户通过最低的花费保持最新的技术水平。
