上海某西班牙化工行业公司诚聘

RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Ensures that all activities are carried out according to laws and regulations, policies and HSE procedures of the company and to practices generally accepted;
？ Is responsible for setting up methods, making routine QC check, and recalibrated methods for all instruments especially on GC;
？ Performs preventive and primary maintenance program of instruments and safety equipment in lab (maintenance);
？ Responsible for lab purchasing, reagents and consumable documentation.
？ Responsible for maintaining the lab stock and resources
？ Responsible for lab gases purchasing and management
？ Analyses process samples, raw materials, intermediate products and finished products;
？ Analyses the samples for the control of related processes (water treatment, hot oil, etc.);
？ Collaborates to solving problems relating to its field of expertise;
？ Work closely with Lab Supervisor and participate to the training of lab technicians, students and trainees;
？ Responsibility for method calibration and verification, ensuring data accuracy and routine operation of instruments
？ Is a member of the emergency response brigade;
？ Is a member of the first responder team;
？ Records and interprets results to relevant colleagues;
？ Assistant in budget management;
？ Assist Manager in ISO, OHSAS and any other quality management system certification / renewal per company’s requirements.
？ Assist Manager in quality, research and innovation projects fulfillments for continuous improvements within company wide.
？ Participates to the development and update of the documentation relating to the operation;
？ Contributes to the achievement of the mission of the company and adheres to company’s values.
？ Performs other tasks assigned to him/her by direct manager.

PROFILE
？ Required Qualifications:
？ Holds a university/college degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or an equivalence;
？ Four to five-year experiences in Chemical industrial Lab, preferred in petrochemical industry.
？ Skills and Aptitudes:
？ Rich experienced with GC for trace organics analysis is needed. Familiar with internal standard GC method set-up. Better to familiar with water titration with Karl Fisher.
？ Initiative in daily work and have good sense for safety;
？ High sense of responsibility and accuracy;
？ Initiative, Rigor and thoroughness;
？ Good team spirit and flexible to support the work.
？ Capacity to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationship;
？ Workable English;
