职位描述：

Safely plans,directs and manages all production and dispatch operations at Zhangjiagang plant, including production, packaging & planning by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates:

1. Ensure all operations are conducted safely and within the current HSE standard.

2. Manages operations so that all producions,dispatch and financial targets are consistently met.

3. Leads continuous improvement efforts in order to reduce costs an dincrease efficiency and effectiveness

4. Interfaces with HSE, Facility, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and HR departments to ensure safe production, reliability and customer satisfaction.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree in Chemical Process and Engineering

2. At least 8 years of demonstrated strong technical background with production management experience.

3. Familiar with process safety management systems, including MOC system, technical aspects of process safety - PID, interlocks(SIS), emergency relief system, fire/explosion suppression systems, quantified risk assessment.

4. Excellent listening and communication skills,Foster open communiction within the team

5. Fluency in Chinese and English, high level of computer literacy.
