职位描述：
Description of Job Duties
1.Ensure timely and accurate record of all expenses (goods and services)
2. Implement and monitor controls both manually and in system on accounts payable to ensure compliance on corporate policy including but not limited to goods received are properly invoiced by performing three way match (invoice, delivery note and purchase order) and payment is completely authorized
3. Prepare payment list and other information necessary for payment run
4. Perform accounts reconciliation including AP, GRIR and follow up on long aged items efficiently and effectively
5. Perform legal entity finance information disclosure or filling requirement by local authorities
6. Assist finance manager in both internal audit and external audit
7. Responsible for implementation of budgetary control and accounting policies.
8. Other assigned requirements

Education and/or Experience/Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or economics
2.At least 1-2 years related working experience in MNC
3.AP experience is a preferred.
4.Good PC skills, especially in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
5.Be good at English reading and writing
