HR Operations
o Build/manage day-to-day HR operations/transactional services and ensure the service is delivered with high quality and efficiency, including various employment cycle activities such as onboard, probation, transfer, promotion, exit, termination, etc.
o Lead induction sessions for new comers, in collaboration with T&D, HRBP and line manager.
o Maintain HR policy, procedure and programs, manage the updates and provide consultations for customers on such policies and programs.
o Maintain and analyze HR data, provide in-depth insights/reports on employee trend/issues including turnover & headcount report to support critical HR actions.
o Act as contact person for employees on a wide range of questions related to HR policies, procedures and holiday benefits.
o Provide letters, contracts, correspondence, forms and other related documents.
o Manage holiday benefits/annual medical check process provided by external vendors.
o Maintain employee personal files according to document retention guidelines and comply with internal audit requirements.
o Continuously identify and implement process improvement initiatives where appropriate.
HRIS Management
o Manage PeopleSoft system and database, ensure data input and database management are conducted in accurate and timely manner.
o Participant in any PeopleSoft related initiatives from global as required.
o Own and manage HR share point site.
Others
o Other general administrative HR tasks assigned by HR Manager.
Key Competencies:
Knowledge
? Understanding of best-in-class HR Operations practice.
? Working knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably PeopleSoft.
? Understanding of China labor law and local labor regulations.
Skills
? Strong ability to facilitate the smooth transition from current to desired structure/environment.
? Excellent planning and data analysis skills
? Strong project management skills.
? Customer focus, attention to details and result oriented.
? Mature, well organized, logical thinking.
? High integrity and confidential sense.
? Demonstrated capability in leading change projects will be a plus.
Education and Experience:
Educational: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources management or related.
Experience: Five years solid experience in HR operations, process improvement and in HR Shared Services, ideally gained in MNC.
Language: Fluent oral and written English.
Computer: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher.
