Main Responsibilities 主要职责
1. Timely input purchasing order in ERP and issue to suppliers according to purchasing request
2. Order fulfillment tracking and recording
3. Bill checking , invoicing and payment arrangement according to contract.
4. Set up, maintain, classify and archive supplier and item information
5. Make purchasing and payment report
6. Other relative tasks appointed by manager.
Requirements 岗位要求
1. Bachelor degree
2. Over 2 years relative working experience, related to Purchasing , Admin, Logistics. Textile Industry background is preferred.
3. Well negotiation, communication and coordination skills
4. Skilled operation of Office software and ERP system
5. Good English ability (oral and written )

About Norwex
In 1994, still in the pioneering days of a new product named Micro Fiber, a local cleaning company in Dal, Norway received a sample of a new cleaning product to use in their day to day cleaning. They soon realized the enormous potential that this new product could have on today’s cleaning methods. Soon thereafter, the Norwegian operating company, Eidsvoll Miljprodukter, went into business selling, marketing and further developing micro fiber as a material used in modern cleaning products. The ideology was then, as it is now, to produce a more efficient cleaning product where only water needs to be added to the cleaning cloth or mop.
