Responsibilities:
? Provide customer service and logistics support for import sales in China from receiving customer’s order to shipments, follow up and after-sales support
? Enter customer’s order into SAP system and place cross company order to correct oversea plant.
? Track order activity, coordinate import delivery issue by communication with Supplying plant / Forwarders / Customers,
? Contribute to the business target realization and grant efforts to the assigned KPIs achievement.
? Research and co-ordinate customer complaints and issues in both customer service and logistics imperfections.
? Other on-job tasks assigned.
Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Customer Service/ Logistics/ Shipping; MNC experience is preferred; SAP or ERP experience is highly preferred.
? Familiar with import operation, especially for LC order.
? Must be dynamic, proactive, and customer-oriented with strong service mindset
? Have initiative, resourcefulness, drive, sense of urgency
? Precision, rigour and respect of procedures
? Have the ability to work independently as well as being a good team player
? Good communication and human relation skills
? Fluent in oral/written English
? Excel and Power-point required
