Job Description
1.Work with top management and other departments to set KPIs from top to down.
2.Work with top management and all departments to establish and continuously improve quality management system.
3.Initiate and drive company wide quality programs like 6 Sigma, Kaizen, ISO 9000, etc.
4.Drive for quality system and programs' deployment and execution.
5.Monitor daily quality issues and drive for continuous improvement through systematic approach and methodologies.
6.Work with top management to build company wide customer focus and quality first culture.
7.Build up quality management team from top to down.
Basic requirements
1.Have extensive quality management experiences in big foreign companies, at least 10 years quality management experiences with senior position at least 5 years. The experiences in logistics industry are preferred but not mandatory.
2.Have deep knowledge and implementation experiences about 6-Sigma, or Kaizen, black belt or green belt holder is preferred.
3.Understands and knows how to apply quality management tools/methodologies into daily quality management.
4.Received official quality management trainings like 6-Sigma, Kaizen, SPC, Pareto Analysis, etc.
5.Have proven record to build up quality system and drive for quality improvement, supporting evidence is needed.
6.Have detail hands on problem solving experiences, detail and result driven.
7.Has strong execution capability, with persistence and striving for perfection mindset.
8.Good interpersonal and communication skill.
9.Hardworking and willing to travel.
