职位描述：
Analysing, executing, and accurately maintaining vendor, customer, GL master in the
Asia Pacific Organization in SAP, BPCS, QAD environment, and using input from
appropriate internal sources.
？ Co-ordinate, support, validate master data entry and acts as the point of contact for
Finance Organization and Purchasing to meet customer delivery requirements.
？ Analyse life span of master data objects and deletion. Work with appropriate functional
area to analyse inactive master data and recommend list of master data for
obsolescence.
？ Conduct regular checks and troubleshoot master data issues across IT application systems.
？ Provide and maintain KPI reports to GPO. Record KPI issues for resolution with the
Business and Master Data organization.
？ Execute SOX control reports and escalate issues if needed to GPO and SOX Champion.
？ Work closely with Master Data on process improvements.
Key Competencies
？ Vendor/Customer/General Ledger Master Data maintenance includes updating
information, creating information and deletion/block of information in ERP systems. All
changes and creations must be documented and approved respectively for SOX
controls purpose.
？ Bank Data maintenance includes changes and creations of bank accounts for vendors
into ERP system. All changes and creations must be documented and approved for
SOX control purposes.
？ SOX reporting include extraction of appropriate reports out of ERP system and
reconcile all changes made to master data accordingly to control description.
？ Data housekeeping includes regular check of master data objects. Vendors and
customer without any transactional data into given period of time must be blocked.

？ Data cleanse includes standardization of master data objects as per TRW internal
procedures and Standard Policy Information. Task requires validation of data into ERP
system, corrections of bad data and enrichment of the information held in ERP system.
？ Master Data KPI reporting includes preparation of reports, analyse KPI failures and
remediation.
？ Support migration; take part as project member for migration of data between various
ERP system. Support local business with data preparation, cleanse and housekeeping.
Guide on processes and forms required for master data change and creation
？ Suggest and support improvements to the master data process where emphasis is
made on process robustness and compliance. Improve automation of the process.
