职位描述：
Main responsibilities and tasks:
1.1 Assist Plant Manager to manage daily operation and production
1. Confirm working sheet of planning department
2. Make operation schedule and arrange detailed production events
3. Check status of equipment and production process, control quality and gurantee delivery time
4. If there is abnormal, report the reason to plant manager immediately according to the feedback, and wait for the next order

1.2 Assist Plant Manager to use and develop human resource rationally
1. update Job Vacancy Form regularly
2. Submit job vacancy to HR department and take part in on-site interview
3. make plans for new employee’s training, development and evaluation.
4. Audit Line staff’s overtime, leave, warning, award and so on
5. Handle employee conflicts and maintain good employee relations

1.3 Assit Plant Manager to maintain machinery and equipment
1. Audit the machine maintenance plan

1.4 Assist Plant Manager to plan and implement EHS activities and check the status of EHS

1.5. Coordinate and oversee the activities and results of the subordinates:
1. Makes decisions regarding the employment needs and participate in the recruitment and selection of people in the department
2. Takes part in the induction program for the direct subordinates; monitors the accommodation of the new employees
Sets objectives and projects for subordinates; follows up on the results
3. Assigns tasks and deadlines and monitors the results
4. Periodically evaluates the performance of the subordinates, based on the company policy
Constantly assesses the satisfaction of subordinates, taking actions that will ensure an increase in the engagement and efficiency of the subordinates
5. feedback to subordinates concerning the results of their work and of the department; discuss KPIs with the employees and give suggestions if requested
6. Conduct disciplinary actions together with the Payroll Responsible and make decisions regarding penalties and sanctions, for all subordinates

Qualification:
6.1. Type and area of study: Textile or related major
6.2. Special trainings/authorisations: New textile technology, production planning and site management, English (Intermediate level) 举报 分享
