职位描述：
Job Description
To manage the Lean activities for Plant operations to achieve results based on strategy deployment.
Constantly review processes to eliminate waste in both manufacturing and business process areas.
Engage the organization to adapt a Lean continuous improvement culture.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain Lean transformation plan to identify opportunities to eliminate waste and improve performance base on strategy deployment and business results
2.Create annual strategy deployment plans with department head with continuous improvement of variable cost productivity, safety, quality etc.
3.Provide Lean reports for both internal and external communications including metric base on accomplishments of the Lean project plan
4. Coach and mentor leadership toward a continuous improvement culture that bloom daily improvement involving all team members
5.Work closely with operations team to coordinate Lean activities, providing prioritization on projects/tasks and production support.
6. Provide Lean training and coaching for site employees base on needs and requirements
Skill and Experience
7. Has successful led a minimum of 10 kaizen projects within a manufacturing environment
8.Has participated in numerous other kaizen projects preferably in both the manufacturing and office areas
9. Good working knowledge of Operational Excellence with demonstrated continuous improvement initiatives


Qualification:
College degree in Electrical and Mechanical or Engineering is definite
1.More than 5 years textile manufacturing environment experience demonstrating a self-starting and hands-on quality.
2.Good understanding of LEAN principles, such as JIT, VSM, TPM, kaizen, CI etc
3.Good understanding of financial measurements and goals in the Lean enterprise
4. Result-driven, strong logic thinking and analysis skills
5. CAN-DO attitude and can work under high pressure
6. High degree of integrity and self-motivation, excellent communication skills
