职位描述：
Position Title : Accountant
Business or Function: Finance
Location: Zhangjiagang
Reports To (Title & Name): Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:
1.Ensure compliance of direct and indirect taxes include monthly and quarterly tax filings for VAT, ECR, BT, stamp duty, land tax, property tax, surtax, WHT, CIT, etc. Finish CIT annual return and transfer price memo preparation.
2.Prepare quarterly US tax provision in onesource system.
3.Ensure accurate and timely close for the PRC local statutory and US GAAP books and prepare monthly fluctuation financial statements analysis for management review.
4.Maintain SAP & PRC general ledgers (User-Friend system) according to US GAAP & PRC accounting standard. These include Fixed Assets, Costing and etc in User-Friend system. Prepare monthly GAAP reconciliation.
5.Support internal and external tax audit and statutory audit.

Qualifications:
1.At least 5 years of experience in accounting, tax or audit field with a recognized accounting degree or professional accounting qualifications, preferably in a multi-national company.
2.Self-motivated, strong analytical skill and able to solve problem independently;
3.Result-oriented, hands-on, detail, initiative, team player and deadline sensitive;
4.Strong understanding of the local PRC GAAP & tax compliance regulation;
5.Working knowledge of the US GAAP and Internal Controls will be an advantage;
6.Strong interpersonal & communication skills and fluent in written and oral English;
7.Conversant with Microsoft Office and working knowledge of ERP system; 举报 分享
